Last Updated: July 28, 2021

Like all businesses, we are trying our best to navigate the current situation in accordance with government guidelines. We have implemented new operational procedures to protect the wellbeing of our people and also our clients. Our team is still delivering our clients great results, we’re just doing it in a slightly different way (again). Moving forward, the following will be the new normal until restrictions ease.

Strata, Community & Company Title Properties

From July 13, 2021 anyone within or visiting common areas of a Strata, Community and Company Title property must wear a face mask at all times.

This includes any shared areas in apartment blocks including lobbies, lifts, stairwells, corridors, laundry facilities, indoor mailbox areas and facilities including gyms and swimming pools. Masks must be worn by anyone entering including:
  • residents
  • staff such as cleaners and building managers
  • visitors such as tradespeople, contractors, food and mail delivery services

You do not need to wear a mask inside your own apartment. Click here to download the NSW Government condition of entry notice.

General

Visiting our office
Please note that our front door will be locked until restrictions ease. Anyone required to attend our office during this lockdown period will need to wear a mask and sign in via QR code. Attendance will be by appointment only and can be arranged by calling 9528 9299

Signing paperwork
All paperwork will be sent electronically for signing. Where necessary, staff will organise for in-person signing adhering to the 4sqm rule. Please note that all attendees will be required to sign in via QR code and wear a mask.

Sales

Auctions
In-person auctions are temporarily suspended. If you are intending on bidding on a property scheduled to go to auction, we advise speaking to the listing agent who will advise the best course of action moving forward.

How to inspect a property
Inspecting a property will be by private appointment only and will be limited to one person in the property at a given time. Qualified buyers who are interested in a property should speak with the listing agent to book an inspection. Please note that you must be wearing a mask and adhere to physical distancing when liaising with the on-site agent.

Considering selling?
At present we are offering options for appraising your home. The most accurate is to have one of our sales consultants physically inspect your home (our staff will be following Covid-19 protocols & will be wearing a mask), but we can also inspect digitally via video call or FaceTime, and with the use of technology such as Google Street View and Google Earth.

Property Management

Picking keys up for a new rental / dropping keys off when vacating
Tenants must book an appointment time through their designated property manager to pick up/drop off keys. At the time of booking your property manager will advise our contactless procedure. Please note that you must be wearing a mask and sign in via QR code.

Routine inspections
We’re conducting routine inspections virtually (e.g. FaceTime) with the assistance of tenants. If you have a routine inspection scheduled, our team will be in contact to talk you through what to expect.

Repairs
All repairs will be assessed by our property management team when submitted and they will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. For urgent repairs, our preferred tradesman will follow COVID-19 and NSW Health guidelines when attending the property.
